By creating this sense of need to become much educated, we are helping those with the resources to go out and do something greater with their life choices as opposed to being stuck in a job with little chance to move up on the ranks within the company. As young immigrants with low schooling levels steer manually intensive construction jobs, the construction companies that employ them have opportunities to expand. This increases the demand for construction supervisors, coordinators, designers, and so on.
